Orders can be placed online prior or purchased in store. Eftpos available

Please contact us if you are unable to pick up on a Saturday. Pick up can be organized on Mon - Wed only - by appointment only

 

Postage options: all products, except the frozen raw meals, are available online, to be posted out via AusPost. Postage options and pricing at the checkout. All orders done by midday AWST will be posted out same day

 

International Shipping available at checkout 

 

Postage to New Zealand : Be aware that New Zealand customs will confiscate chicken products. It is strongly advised to avoid including items with chicken content.

 

Postage to Singapore : Please be aware that postage to Singapore carries a high risk of being seized by customs. All orders are dispatched at the customer's risk. If you have any doubts, it is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Orders to international locations are sent out at customers responsibility. Orders from some countries are at a high risk for seizure by custom's authorities and are shipped at the buyer's risk of product seizure. Please check with your country's customs regulations. Raw Meow cannot guarantee items will not be seized and detained or destroyed at destination. Raw Meow cannot be held responsible for parcels once they leave Australian borders. Please note we do not collect duties or taxes at the checkout, you will be responsible for paying them if required. Unfortunately, if your package is seized and destroyed, we are not able to offer a refund.

 

Returns Policy

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us the same day you ordered to assure we do not proceed with shipping

Please make sure you make an informed purchase. Any pet food or supplement sold in our store is a FINAL SALE. For health & safety reasons we cannot re-sell items returned to us.

We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • If you change your mind and no longer want the product/s
  • If the product is not what you expected it to be
  • If your pet will not eat the product
  • If you have been advised against feeding raw by your vet

 

If you receive a faulty product from us, return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will inspect the product. If we agree that the product is faulty and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use, we will, with your agreement, replace the product with an identical product.
